Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Personalized or final sale items may not be eligible for return (if applicable, specify).

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please indicate this in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Returns
